Been here a couple other times & it's been fine, but today I stopped by & used the 1st touchless bay & the entire rear end of my car is still filthy. Front, roof, tires, & doors all look good but the back looks like it didn't even get wet.

1st time here today, everything went as planned. Did a soap wash with pressure rinse. Used a c . c to pay, $8 minimum charge, but worth it! Don't like the drive through washes, possible scratches etc. This will be my go to place for a quick wash and rinse, unless things go completely haywire in the future. Glad I tried them!!

Great self serve car wash, only gripe is that the card machine always ends right before I finish my car, never fails

It's touchless, it's fairly inexpensive and you can see some cool cars here. Everything else takes quarters so bring those and/or $1 bills!

My review has changed from "worst car wash ever" to "they have been redeemed." I do believe in second chances many times. So after a second bad experience at the Shorewood Car Wash, I left a note for the attendant, which was not around. I was contacted within 24-hours by the manager and he has made things right. He gave me (2) FREE complimentary car washes to replace the bad one that I had and to replace the one where the machine took my money and never activated the car wash. When the machines are full of soap and wax and everything is running right this car wash does a real good job on my trucks. i understand that things need to be maintained and sometimes the machines even run out of solution / chemicals, so I allow for that. Thank you for making things right. I have already been back for a few washes and everything has worked fine.
